Shipping

Orders are prepared on business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed by the customer during the weekend or on holidays will be prepared on the following business day.

Spain (mainland), Balearic Islands, free with the following delivery times:

• Spain (peninsula), Balearic Islands between 3 and 5 business days

If you require express service (24 to 48 business hours) the shipping costs are as follows:

– Spain (mainland): €5.50
– Balearic Islands: €8.50

Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra

• Standard Shipping: €6.50. Delivery: 5 working days.
• Please provide your DNI/NIE number in “+ Add a note to this order” in the shopping cart

IMPORTANT : For shipments outside the European Union and shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra, any import charges or tariffs at destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

The customer must examine the products as soon as possible after receiving them, to verify that they conform to the type of product ordered, the absence of apparent or hidden defects, and exercise their right of withdrawal if they consider it appropriate. The conditions for exercising this right can be consulted in the “ General Conditions of Sale ” section.

Nost Cosmetics guarantees the quality of the products it sells as well as their results. This is supported by tests in prestigious laboratories. A very high percentage of clients who use the treatments following the guidelines and application recommendations obtain satisfactory results. As these are cosmetic treatments, the results may be affected by factors beyond the treatment's control, including: incorrect application of the products, use of other products that interfere with the action of the treatments, particular and pre-existing health conditions of the user, environmental factors to which the user is subjected, among others. Our Customer Service Department is ready to answer any questions.

If the customer considers that he/she has an objective reason for wanting to return the order after the withdrawal period has passed and after starting to use the products, he/she must write to us in advance at contacto@nostcosmetics.com indicating his/her order number and the reason for wanting to return it. You will receive a response within a period of no more than 48 business hours. The value of the order plus shipping costs will be refunded once the products have been received. This return is free for our customers in Spain , having to deliver the package to the courier office that we will indicate.

For international customers, products must be shipped at the buyer's expense.
